Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across business and functions as per the Accenture BCM policy and methodology
- Supports the alignment of new clients and/or services to the business continuity program
- Liaise with Accenture business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business continuity plans
- Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions to maintain all business continuity documentation and processes required
- Provides support to required assessments and tests related to the business continuity
- Support communication and training programs for the business projects / functions to provide effective management of the business continuity program
- Develops themselves as a subject matter expert to provide support and guidance in development of business continuity plans
- Support the BCM incident management activities within the crisis management processes and monitor lesson learned related to BCM
- Tracks compliance to the agreed business continuity controls through ongoing reviews
- Contribute towards the development of tools, processes, methodology and standardization for the business continuity program so it remains relevant and compliant with industry standards
- Experience in Business Continuity area ( min 1,5 years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of business continuity process and procedures
- Knowledge of international BCM standards e.g. ISO 22301
- Strong understanding of Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices
- Strong organizational skills & high work ethic
- Ability to remain calm under stress / ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation and reporting.
- High self-confidence ( role includes delivering trainings to wide audience as well as frequent interaction with leadership team)
