Can you take the lead by using your business change management experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an Agile driven environment? Do you have lots of experience with agile ways of working and you want to make a difference? If you can answer yes these questions, then you are the right candidate to join our agile transformation in Arla Foods. We are in the middle of an agile transformation based on the SAFe framework and the objective is to be able to deliver all new IT solutions through strong. cross functional teams working fully agile before the end of 2017. You will join our IT Solutions team with 90+ other colleagues located in Denmark, Germany, Poland, Sweden and UK.
Plan and drive change
Your main task will be to lead and ensure professional change management execution in a number of IT business transformation initiatives. Across all your tasks you will ensure alignment with the overall Arla IT change management strategy. A vital key to your success will depend on your ability to work and quickly adapt to an ever changing business environment. Additionally, it will be vital that you are able to influence all levels in the organisation while explaining and negotiating in favour of the change agenda.
In overview your primary tasks will be to:
- Foster general understanding and awareness of the need for business change management in selected Arla IT programmes and projects
- Lead a large change management initiatives and ensure professional change management execution across programmes and projects
- Initiate change management plans with clearly defined requirements, and execute/oversee execution of the change plan
- Ensure appropriate training and knowledge transfer for all key stakeholders
- Analyse and assess the scope for change at the project/programme level
You will travel approx. 20-50 days per year to meet colleagues and partners around the world.
Change management professional with leadership and communication skills
Your career has provided you with several years of experience from driving Business Change Management programmes, and you are familiar with Kotter’s Change Model and/or Prosci’s ADKAR. As such, you are fully capable of ensuring a strong focus on planning, the right coordination, genuine change leadership, relevant training and excellent stakeholder management skills. In addition, you know your way around a global organisation and are an expert in addressing organisational, tactical, strategic and executive level in the organisation.
On the personal level you are eager to learn new things, work in a new way and shift across various business change management areas to deliver results within the Agile methodology.
It is important that you bring strong leadership qualities, and the combination of your business knowledge and communication skills enables you to explain complex material in a logical and easily understandable way. Related to this you thrive on engaging and inspiring the members of your team and other stakeholders. Finally, you must be good at English, spoken and written.
