The person will be responsible for:
- cooperation with Product Owner and Business stakeholders on establishing project scope and product backlog (elicit, analyze, document and refine requirements),
- preparing and conducting scoping and requirements gathering meetings,
- breaking down technical and architectural complexities so that project stakeholders can easily understand any issues identified in the system,
- acting as Business stakeholders proxy for the development team,
- working with project stakeholders to identify, model and then document their requirements and business domain details by creating requirement document and later break it down into User Stories with Acceptance Criteria,
- working closely with Technical Lead on the new requirement details to check they are feasible to implement from technical perspective and to identify potential limitation,
- preparing perform solution analysis for new enhancements,
- validating developed solution, being able to detect errors at early stage, document Steps to Reproduce the Bugs that will help development Team to fix the issues,
- gathering feedback from stakeholders and users,
- writting user acceptance test (UAT) cases and will be a liaison between project stakeholders and QA organization during UAT. Help QA team in executing those test cases during project phase.
We are looking for a person who has:
- minimum 2 years of business analyst experience in the software development lifecycle,
- practical experience in requirements analysis and change management,
- Agile process experience (Scrum Master experience or certificate is a plus),
- excellent communication skills,
- ability to build good relationships and consensus,
- attention to details,
- basic knowledge of SQL,
- ability to manage high pressure situations,
- excellent spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
- experience in TFS or related tools (eg: Jira),
- experience in finance applications or related processes is a plus.
