The CWT Reporting Center of Excellence (RCE) is the global reporting department of CWT. It supports the Global Program Solution Organization which focuses in retaining or growing existing business by providing travel management consultation to clients, to help them reduce business travel costs, to continually monitor service levels and to maximize the profitable services we provide.
Within the RCE, our 15 Business Analysts design, develop, produce and maintain customized reports for CWT international corporate clients, to monitor their business travel activity. To support the growing needs of our stakeholders, the RCE is recruiting new business analysts.
To support its development, the RCE is recruiting new Business Analysts.
Within CWT Reporting Center of Excellence, analyze information related to clients travel activity; create informative reports and presentations highlighting trends.
Main responsibilities:
Production of enhanced reports and dashboards
- Produce scheduled management information reports and dashboards
- Create and produce ad hoc reports and analysis
- Prepare client business reviews
- Build and maintain accurate client record files
Development of reporting sets
- Build or improve customized reporting sets in line with client strategy
- Build and maintain standardized dynamic dashboards
Project management and innovation
- Take part in/lead RCE innovative projects
- Tackle new reporting areas/data sources
- Explore new tools capabilities, participate in their rollout
Interaction with stakeholders and clients
- Interact with Global Program Management team worldwide, MIS team, other regional Management Information roles
- Participate in calls/meetings with clients’ travel management team under the leadership of Program Management team
Candidate’s profile:
- Fluent English required (written and spoken); another language is an asset
- Advanced MS Excel required
- VBA programming, MS Access and/or IBM Cognos would be an asset
- Interest in big data and IT models
- Analytical skills and logical approach
- Details oriented, accurate, excellent organization
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to work within a team
- Openness to multinational and multicultural environment
