Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that customer service objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints.
- Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the ordering systems, data interchange systems, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
- Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
- Trouble-shooting: cooperates with SSC representatives to analyze more complex issues including implementation of preventive actions.
- Develop and improve efficient processes for dealing with high volume and unexpected customer orders (tenders) without jeopardizing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in or lead process improvements (lean sigma projects), within SSC and/or across Customer Service.
- Reporting: supports SSC Customer Service management with presentations about SSC performance and manages the daily KPI report to the SSC team.
- Prepares country specific reporting (eg Q-end reports).
- Work effectively and efficiently within a complex matrix organization, in an environment where priority changes can occur. Behave as an ambassador for Company in general and Customer Service SSC specific, according to ethic standards, Company business code of conduct and Core Behaviors.
- Be compliant with the Quality and Regulatory procedures, standard Company policies, Environment Health Safety & Security rules and Household rules.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Master / Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of Customer Service
- Excellent in English
- > 3 years in Logistics
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP BW
- MS Access, Powerpoint
- Statistical knowledge
