The Business Analyst will be a key member of the Analyst team responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics for Portfolio Services.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop analysis and reporting skills, learn a new approach to data visualization and best-in-class Business Intelligence software and database solutions. The person employed to this position will participate in building analytics and reporting competences for the Client"s global portfolio & support operational teams with reporting enhancements and automations.
- Develop and maintain real estate portfolio reporting in Excel, Tableau and SSRS
- Reconcile changes to the portfolio on a monthly basis
- Assuring data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced, prior to circulating to the required audience
- Propose initiatives for reporting automating, enhancements and improved data visualization
- Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects
- Preparation of reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external circulation
- Effective dealing with ad-hoc reports
- Ability to design bespoke analysis, reports and dashboards
Essential:
- Language - Fluent in written/verbal English
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Experienced in using Business Intelligence software, such as Tableau
- Experienced in working with databases
- Quick learner
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
- Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy
