We’re looking for You to help us
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Determine required IT Security business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews, support Security Engineers
- Establishing adequate Requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Contribute information to IT Project/Program Manager regarding risks and issues
- Supporting engineering and test teams with their understanding of the requirements and the resolution of issues
- Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
- Finding solutions to business problems as part of the overall strategic roadmap
Your team
You’ll be working in IT Security Engineering Team in Wroclaw, Poland
IT Security Engineering is a global organization delivering solutions to the Security IT services, e.g. Security Monitoring and Cyber Threat Mgmt Security Services, as well as Identity and Access Management, Data Protection and Application Security.
We help to protect global UBS Cyber Security in highly cooperative & knowledge-sharing based environment
Your experience and skills
You have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Previous experience in Business Analysis preferably in infrastructure projects
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and data visualization techniques and tools
- The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle along with strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience
- As an advantage an industry best practice qualifications (e.g. CBAP, IREP)
You are:
- Fluent in English
- Able to work independently at a high productivity level
- Open and eager to take part in challenging cross-department projects
- Passionate supporting the development of IT Security databases, systems and applications
- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT Security capability as a plus
- Experienced working on technical projects in areas of virtualization, networking, infrastructure, databases and security as a plus
