For our Client, an international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the requirements are fully captured and analysed, including all functional and non-functional elements and applying MoSCoW method where necessary
- Contribute to the definition of a full end to end service, including processes development, data changes (where applicable)
- Deliver process and operational change with appropriate structures, SLAs, governance and training; agree such change with the relevant parties such as RTB/BAU
- Defining Responsibility assignment matrixes (RACI/RASCI)
- Identify and assist with any project risks, issues and dependencies allocated to them; identify the root cause of any blocks and co-ordinate any actions required to resolve them
- Engage Group Technology and Risk teams to develop and manage work plans covering the technology requirements, design, integration and deployment of new entitlements workflows
- High level and detailed process workflows e.g. Visio Diagrams
- Process documentation of existing and proposed
Requirements:
- Ability to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders and drive the requirements forward in an assertive and independent manner in the face of stakeholder resistance, organizational complexity and technical risks and issues
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills are essential
- Experience of IT Infrastructure access control, and associated regulatory control requirements
- Excellent knowledge of business analysis methodology
- Demonstrate ability to compile functional and non-functional requirements
- Demonstrate an understanding of SDLC
- Knowledge and experience in IT Security services particularly relating to Identity and Access Management, access control, authentication, provisioning, approvals, workflows and role-based access
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure platforms such as Windows, UNIX, Virtualization, Middleware, Databases etc
- Proven track record of executing and thorough understanding of the components, impacts, and dependencies relating to access and entitlements systems
- Excellent verbal, communication and consultancy skills
- Firm understanding of banking technology and operations
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and awareness of industry best practices – network, server, storage, end user technologies
- Ability to work virtually with colleagues based in other locations
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of English
