Successful candidate will become a member of a team of experienced business analysts dedicated to support Partners, Vendors and Customers in terms of advanced technical and processing queries by performing deep analysis of particular issues, providing suggestions and coordinate resolution process.

Areas of expertise relate to transactions processing, data transfer (SFTP or VPN), EPA and VOR reporting, customer setup details and reporting using PL-SQL
- Performing deep root cause analysis of incoming queries
- Coordinating all involved parties in order to assure fix implementation
- Taking part on projects and initiatives on behalf of the team
- Replying to teams internal and external Partner queries
- Maintaining good relations with external partners (Payment Service Provider and Issuers)
- Assuring daily tasks completion
- Proactively seek for opportunities to minimize issues occurrence
- At least 2 years’ experience in transaction processing environment (Acquiring, Processing, Other related)
- Experience in working with card associations documentation, especially transaction processing rules and documentation
- Experience in working with global transaction processing protocols such as GICC, KAI, CTAP or other
- Experience in large data analyzing
- Knowledge of VPN and SFT related topic will be an advantage
- German language is mandatory
- Knowledge of Card Associations transaction processing regulations and protocols
- Knowledge of global transaction processing protocols such as GICC, KAI or CTAP
