CRISIL is looking for a BA to join its consulting practice for a UK based investment bank in supporting their legal entity framework and implementation.
- Manage migration of venue memberships to Exchanges, CCPs, E-Trading platforms, Brokers and Affiliates.
- Co-ordinate and manage on boarding requirements with relevant Stakeholders to obtain information required to complete this stage of the on boarding process.
- Manage tracking and sign-off of applications with all impacted stakeholders.
- Work with Lead IT PM to ensure necessary foundations are laid (throughout the membership process) to support the next on boarding phase (testing).
- Manage ad-hoc analysis requirements as directed by work stream lead.
- Oversee the membership application processes for in-scope venues (for migration) & deliver ad-hoc analysis (where required).
- Applications: Successful completion and tracking of the membership application process for all in-scope venues. Ensure tracking apparatus always reflects the most recent status and support continuous improvement of tracking and documentation.
- Testing: Work with IT team to understand dependencies between membership applications and testing phases & ensure these pre-conditions are met.
- Plan & RAID & Action log: Support Venues Lead with detailed plans for applications and ensure deliverables are executed according to the plan. Ensure risks and issues appropriately captured and escalated. Actions are logged and systematically closed out /maintained
- Good understanding of exchange traded relationships and associated business flows – exchanges, CCPs, agent bank network etc.
- Experience with regulatory initiatives, and of working with the business (both Front Office and downstream)
- Strong competency in project management and business analysis including use of Excel and Sharepoint
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills in order to build strong relationships with in-scope venues and manage cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements. Well-researched, concise requests must be made and tasks quickly & skilfully resolved
- Ability to synthesise requirements and proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
- Able to independently execute ad-hoc pieces of analysis relating to venues under their management
- Bachelors/Masters in any discipline. PMI or related project management certification preferred
