About this opportunity
Welcome to the KYC Services Personal Banking team. We add value by keeping portfolio of High Risk customers updated with the latest KYC requirements. This way we know who we deal with how we can protect the bank and its customers . As Business Analyst in KYC Services you’ll play a valuable role in planning and reporting on our work
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor customer lifecycle and plan our work accordingly
- Liase with Team Leaders and Managers to create transparent reporting fit for Stakeholders needs
- Provide statistical outlook into the work we do
- Forectast volumes and FTE demand needs
- Manage Demand Plans
- Manage Resource Planning process in agreement with Team Leaders and Managers

Your experience and background:
- Experience with working with data
- Ability to work independantly in Excel and be able to present data in structured and clear way
- English on a level to communicate professionally with Stakeholder and partners
