What you’ll be doing:
- Working in SAFe environment within international team of specialists
- Collaborating closely with external service and system provider to improve and maintain cloud-based HR platform
- Participating in implementation projects
- Analysing business processes, dependencies and system solutions to ensure great user experience
- Testing solutions in cooperation with process experts to secure a stable launch in production
- Creating and updating documentation for system solutions
The role is based in Łódź.

- Ability to translate business and process language into digital, automated solution
- Very good communication skills, collaboration and initiative
Your profile and background:
- Process analysis or mapping skills, ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations
- Professional English skills, both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors platform would be additional advantage
