Brand Manager
Our Client is currently building one of the most thriving teams in the market. This fast and progressing FMCG company, regarded for its daring business, is preparing a very aggressive expansion plan in the Polish market. The key to success is the promotion of very innovative and unique brands for which our client, is in need to recruit a business oriented Brand Manager who will be in charge of the Company's portfolio.
Job description:
- Supports strategic planning process by providing input for the to long-term business strategy through category understanding and trends spotting
- Develop, executes and monitors the country Brand Plans, Marketing and Trade Marketing Budget
- Develop and implement New Product Development support plans
- Co-develop (together with the international marketing team), adapt and approve final media campaigns and approves final media plans
- Develop and execute brand consumer activation Trade Marketing / Category Management
- Translate Consumer Marketing into compelling Shopper plans
- Develop a local Category Management view to support the Sales team
- Communicate plans to sales and retailers, monitors execution, seeks for feedback and post evaluates results of promotions
- Manage internal relations (mainly Sales team)
- Manage external corporate relations (International headquarters)
- Manage external relations (agencies, customers, etc.)
- Master degree in Marketing or related area
- 3 years minimum experience in multinational FMCG companies both in Brand and Trade Marketing Management positions
- Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding
- ATL, BTL and On-line agencies management experience
- Entrepreneur and ambitious mind set
- Motivated, flexible and proactive attitude with capacity to work under pressure
- Persuasive interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work in a multi-cultural and changing environment
