Brand Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans for selected brands
- Managing product budgets and planning in order to increase their market shares and strengthen their market position
- Cooperating with the advertising and media agencies – all BTL/ATL activities
- Communicating with global brand teams and regional teams
- Monitoring competition and visiting market on a regular basis
- Cooperating with other departments: sales, finance, logistics, customer service
- Cooperating with trade marketing team in preparing special offers for key customers
Profile description:
- Educated to university degree (marketing / business)
- 3-4 years of professional experience gained by working in brand management in FMCG, retail and/or agencies environment
- Very good communication skills both in Polish and English
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Prioritization abilities, time management, ability to work under time pressure
- Creative attitude and ability to work effectively with limited budgets - achieving more with less
- Excellent planning and analytical skills with natural attention to details
