About our client
Our Client are a leading international cosmetic group, with a multi-million Euro annual turnover. Due to a substantial growth and success in recent years and a launch of new category (skin care/body care/) they are currently looking to employ an additional, ambitious Brand Manager to join their expanding team.
Job description
- Create and implement marketing strategy for dedicated brands
- Introduce to the market new lines/products within selected trade channels - Implement the price strategy on Polish market according to the global price policy
- Cooperate with sales team within selected distribution channels
- Cooperate with marketing agencies and media houses
- Create long term image for dedicated Brands on a local market
- Plan and control the budget according to company\'s policy
- Monitor competition activity
Who we are looking for
- Master degree in Marketing field preferred
- Min. 2 years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG sector, with cosmetics background as a plus
- Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategy
- Experience in introducing new categories to the market highly desired
- Creativity, self driven attitude and dynamism
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English is a must
