Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
What will you be doing:
- Managing Project Workstream(s) within small up to large projects
- Planning, execution and progress reporting for a Transition & Transformation Program
- Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams both from Clients and Accenture (Recruitment, HR, Technology, Workplace, Finance and Operations Delivery teams etc.)
- Identification, escalation & mitigation of Project-level risks and Issues; timely execution of actions
- Supporting Client visits
- Project Management-related experience (ideally in large multinational environment - min. 1 year)
- Background in business processes in BPO or SSC environment (e.g. finance and accounting, procurement, digital marketing etc.)
- Proven experience in managing local & remote initiatives/ projects with direct exposure to Leadership/Executive level
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks or projects and balance workload effectively against changing deadlines
- Flexible & comfortable with change & conflicts management
- Readiness to travel for up to 60% of time
- Fluent English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an asset
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
