As a Bioanalytical Junior Specialist, you will be conducting activities related to the analysis of Process Development samples per requirements, as well as samples coming from Stability, Similarity and Comparability studies and any other study developed in TR&D.
Your responsibilities
- Performing bioanalytical techniques such as ELISAs, qPCR or SPR to support Process Development activities, as well as for Stability, Similarity and Comparability studies and any other study performed in TR&D.
- Participate in analytical method qualification and method transfer to Quality Control section or other external company.
- Participate in the development of new analytical methods and modification of others already existing for control of active substances and biotechnological medicinal products.
- Analyzing and interpreting the results of research carried out during development and during technical batch runs.
- Keeping records of the carried out research, transfer and/or qualification of methods in accordance with existing standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Review the literature provided by specialists and supervisor regarding new analytical methods or technologies any other related activities.
If you have
- Education: higher education with a specialization in the fields: biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine or related.
- Work experience: 1-2 years of experience in laboratory work in a pharmaceutical company or research institute
- Basic knowledge of analytical techniques such as ELISA or qPCR. Experience with proteins is a plus
- Basic knowledge of topics related to GxP and data integrity
- Ability to think creatively and the ability to collaborate with others to solve technical problems.
- Good organization at work and time management
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
