At present, over 300 employees with over 30 different nationalities are working in our European offices. Our professionals work in the field of Customer and Representative Operations, Finance, Product Management, IT, Marketing, Legal and HR.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for:
- Troubleshoot systemic billing issues using tools such as MS Access, MS Excel and SQL
- Analyzing and resolving errors with data records, such as service applications and unallocated call records
- Support elements of the change management process – for example, the review of product and rate changes in the billing system
- Management of ad hoc billing tasks depending on factors such as product changes, product launches, software development cycles and agreed internal projects
- Plan and coordinate bill cycle production with internal customers and external vendors
- Monitor daily printing production and review production reports. Discuss production progress with vendors when required
- Working alongside internal support teams and external vendors, manage logs and tickets that require system changes or configuration amendments
- Update and document processes
- Research and resolve escalated billing issues via internal tickets
- Expert/Advanced level of MS Excel is essential
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- An ability to understand business process and deliver instruction to internal and external partners is required
- A solid working knowledge of databases
- A proven track record of performing duties with a very high level of accuracy
- Flexible and able to multi-task
- Excellent computer literacy skills – including, Microsoft Office suite
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Language skills: Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- Experience within a billing department (experience within a telecommunications business is a plus)
- SQL skills are seen as beneficial but not a requirement
- Experience of business analysis and change control
