Backup Specialist

Job description:
- Designing, implementation and operations for ManagedBackup with focus on IBM Tivoli Storage Manager solution
- Consulting with internal and external customers
- Preparation of new technologies and products forstandard operations
- Diagnostic inspections and elimination of faults within supervised backup systems
- On-call duty
- Additional services outside of normal working hours
- Regular control and health check of backup services
- Service improvement suggestions for the managed backup infrastructure
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager solution
- Experience in building Disaster Recovery plans
- At least 3 years of experience in IT branch
- Nice to have: CommVault
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to work in afast-paced environment
- Very good customer handling and relationships buildingskills
- Fluent English
