Your Task
- Monitoring and Analysing the tickets in internal Hemmersbach systems
- Active communication with our technical teams, local management, onsite engineers and customers via the phone and e-mail
- Working in line with our internal procedures
- Data verification in our ticketing system
- Data validation, analysis and reporting
- Proactive and flexible to take over new interesting tasks
- Working with MS Office package (including Outlook)
Our Requirements
- English language on upper intermediate level (B2)
- MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Ability to multi task and flexible to take over new interesting tasks
- Team player
Would be an asset:
- Previous work experience in Service Desk
- IT/Hardware related background
- Previous work experience in the customer service
- Other languages: French or German (even on intermediate level) would be a strong asset
