We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results oriented attitude for the role of:
Audit & Compliance Auditor
Warsaw
Key duties will include:
- Data audit with the combination of different audit procedures;
- Data and process analysis to identify gaps in the portfolio under audit;
- Walkthrough of designed processes, procedures and controls within PS business (including Data Management and Client Accounting area)
- Cooperating with all departments (Lease Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rates, Client Accounting Tam) and reporting to superior;
- Ensuring that audit procedures that are in place allow for all major risks to be identified and mitigated within the key business processes;
- Periodic review of the control environment (ISAE3402 control Framework): business controls and ITGC and reporting on effectiveness and efficiency;
- Performing periodic tests on quality of data within lease administration system as per Client KPI requirement;
- Performing Client contract compliance checks;
- Reporting on the findings, providing recommendations and monitoring management's response and implementation of recommended improvements on the systems and procedures being under review;
- Identifying inefficiency and ineffectiveness in processes and suggesting solutions;
- Performing Quality Management System Audit;
- Additional audit projects, ad-hoc projects and supporting superior;
- Reporting to the Audit Team Leader on activities and findings of the initiatives taken.
Key requirements:
- 1-2 years of equivalent professional experience (Big 4 experience preferable)
- Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Audit;
- The Real Estate System knowledge would be an asset;
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another language is a plus;
- High analytical skills, focused on details, fast learning;
- Strong communication skills with particular emphasis on handling difficult situations;
- Client orientated, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
