Opis stanowiska
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment alongside a team of experienced Legal Negotiators, supporting the team with their due diligence requirements over a variety of financial services contracts, to include ISDA, Exchange Traded Derivatives and Prime Brokerage documentation. As well as conducting due diligence/constitutional reviews the Due Diligence Specialist will work alongside the Legal Negotiators to keep them informed of the progress of the due diligence reviews and alert them to any issues/gaps including potential failures to meet policy standards. The role will also involve the uploading, filing and organisation of documentation onto our systems, the reviewing of executed documents and the updating of our contract database with negotiated terms.

Hold an Undergraduate Degree

Be eligible to work in Poland

Have fluency in English

Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suite

Have an excellent attention to detail skillset

Have experience in reviewing complex legal documents in the English language

Have previous exposure to due diligence reviews

Be a strong team player

Have a solutions based approach

Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset

Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal

The following criteria is desirable:

Previous exposure to Derivatives documentation (Cleared OTC derivatives, Exchange traded derivatives, Cash Equities, or ISDA)

Awareness of common counterparty entity structures.

Fluency in German, French, Italian or other European languages
