You will be responsible for providing direct and high level support to General Manager (GM) and Board of Directors to ensure smooth running of the organization (administrative day-to-day support; scheduling meetings and drafts correspondence/minutes; travel and conference arrangements; other office management activities).

- Providing necessary information/logistic support to ensure smooth communication flow between General Manager and other stakeholders;
- Maintaining traveling requests for General Manager and Board of Directors, taking care of hotel accommodation, plane tickets or other transportation sources in line with company's policies and procedures;
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence for General Manager;
- Supporting and organizing various company events, meetings, conferences and team building days.
- University degree;
- 1-3 years of working experience in same or similar positions;
- Experience in international environment is an advantage;
- Proven experience in events organization;
- English proficiency;
- MS Office skills (incl. excellent Power Point)
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Organizational skills & multitasking;
- Positive, can-do attitude;
- Helpful & accountable;
