RAFFLES HOTEL EUROPEJSKI, WARSAW
Located in the heart of Warsaw and walking distance from the most important Polish historical and cultural locations, the Raffles Hotel Europejski will open after reconstruction and renovation at the end of 2017, regaining its dominant position as Warsaw’s must see destination.
Resplendent by size and visibility, suitably located on the Royal Route, the most prestigious street in Warsaw, facing Marshal Piłsudski Square and Park de Saxe, Raffles Hotel Europejski is the landmark building of the Polish capital. Designed by the Marconi brothers, famous Polish architects of Italian origin, it was originally opened for the public in 1857.
In addition to the 103 spacious suites, spa, restaurants and bars, the building will host a number of luxury brands located in the boutiques facing Krakowskie Przedmieście Street.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service
- To lead and oversee the day to day operation of the Human Resources Department as well as play a critical role in the implementation of Human Resources strategies
- To assist the Director of Human Resources in assessing organizational needs, developing aligned HR solutions and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recognition, HR administration and colleague wellness
- To promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun
- To assist Departmental Leaders and Senior Managers with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in colleague feedback
- To follow departmental policies and procedures
- To follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous Human Resources leadership experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Fluent in Polish and high level of English required
- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
