Our Client, internationally recognized fastening and sealing applications supplier, is looking for a highly skilled professional for the Area Sales Representative who will be responsible for Swietorzyskie region.
- Establish new relations and develop sales to the final clients and OEMs
- Identify potential opportunities with new and existing customers
- Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance
- Elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare budget plans and prepare appropriate documentation
- Manage complaints; solve all issues to ensure customer's needs and improve their satisfaction
- Manage relationship with clients and CRM application
- Analyze competition, market trends and needs in order to identify business development opportunities
- Perform according to company strategy in terms of business development and product management
- Implement marketing activities in cooperation with Product Managers
- Technical Education on MSc level (machinery, mechatronics)
- 2-3 years of proven experience in selling technical solutions for the industry
- Natural talent to influence, negotiate, sell and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Very good organizational, presentation, planning and communication skills
- Independent, goal-driven team player with outgoing personality
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Fluency in English or German (verbal and written skills)
- Driving License
