Your responsibilities:
- Implementing strategic plans and targets of the company
- Development and coaching of subordinate team members
- Fulfilling long- and short-term goals
- Delegating responsibilities and authorization to Sales Force and controlling their actions on the basis of data analysis
- Time and subordinate territory management
- Evaluation of subordinate team members’ competencies and work efficiency
Requirements:
- You have gained at least 2 years of experience in sales team management (B2B sales, ideally in building construction or technical industries)
- You graduated in the field of engineering, business or economics
- You have a very good command of English
- You are customer oriented and know how to build strong business relationships
- You are goal oriented and a team player
- You possess strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- You are mobile and willing to relocate within Poland and internationally
