André Karkalis has been providing PR and marketing communications consulting to fashion and lifestyle companies since 1999. He founded the full-service agency, Karkalis PR, in Düsseldorf in 2005.

Today 13 employees and numerous freelancers work to develop effective communications for international brands. The size of the team always depends on the demands of the project.

Since 2009 Karkalis PR has been offering its consulting services not only to companies in the GAS region, but also in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. PR professionals in Amsterdam and Prague not only have the necessary experience with the local markets, but also the contacts required to successfully implement the communications concepts.
