Job Description
Job Purpose: Performing Accounts Receivable transaction processing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintaining customer / concessionaire master data
- Processing customer credit
- Invoicing customer
- Supporting store closing process
- Invoicing supplier / concessionaire / others
- Processing accounts receivable
- Dunning
- Settlement of later income
- Contributing to Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives
- Contributing to achievement of Accounts Receivable performance and quality standards
- BSc in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting. Professional certification such as a CPA or a CMA is an advantage
- Typically 2-4 years experience in Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience working within AR process, or other core financial processes, within a complex, large volume environment
- SSC experience an advantage
- Good working knowledge of SAP FI, Scanning and workflow technology
- Strong Windows Office (Excel) knowledge
- Effectively communicate in business English (oral and written skills) across finance organization
