- supporting on call and email Customer queue
- contacting by phone and email with customers regarding basic support issues
- identifying issue and routing to the right Team / person
- dealing with cancellation and reduction request
- managing credit card portfolio collection
- sending reminders
- updating customer’s data in the database
- processing credit card payments
- verifying of received payments
- answering customer’s phone and email queries
- tracking own activities according with policies
- performing activities according with client’s expectations and procedures
- performing daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc quality controls
- participating in other projects and performing activities requested by the Supervisor
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
- Additional languages Italian (min. B2 level)
- Proficient in Google sheets and CRM applications
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- University diploma
- Experience of BPO area nice to have
