- Initiating collection customer calls and outreaching on assigned account base in accordance with Invoice
- Collection and Account Suspension Timeline by exercising good business judgment and due diligence in
- evaluating account solvency and ability/willingness to pay
- Resolving customer billing disputes working with other Sales Operations personnel, Sales, Legal, and Tax
- departments
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries based on SLA metrics
- Escalating problem collection accounts to Credit & Collections and Sales management
- Working with credit analyst on financial distress accounts
- Providing Suspended account information to Write Off and Bad Debt team
- Participating on project/process improvement as needed
- Supporting the company reporting and management team in providing reporting and analysis of aging performance as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies
- Basic knowledge of accounting area
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Additional languages Spanish (min. B2)
- Proficient in Google sheets and CRM applications
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi -task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- University diploma (Economy, Finance, Accounting)
- Experience of BPO area nice to have
