- Responsible for owning the MAL and baselining it during each major milestone / as agreed in the functional exit plan
- Responsible for detailed separation planning across in-scope applications (for application separation)
- Build detailed ramp down plans, key milestones and dependencies for applications workstream
- Provide application-specific inputs to the Buyer in consultation with the Tech workstreams
- Joint planning with the Buyer / Business and Tech sub-streams to align on key principles, scope, timelines and approach
- Alignment of application separation plans, milestones and dependencies with overall Tech plans / other sub-streams of Tech
- Work with GSK legal, site procurement and suppliers to firm up licensing strategy for Category 3 applications
- Facilitate regular sessions with the Buyer (Applications counterpart) as appropriate to monitor the progress & resolve issues
- Facilitate regular sessions with the Tech workstreams as appropriate to monitor progress & resolve issues
- Facilitate joint planning during the Execution (TSA) phase as appropriate to monitor progress & resolve issues
- Change Management ensure Buyer & GSK workstreams are involved appropriately. Escalate impacts to L1, L2 milestones
- Reporting the progress of the application plans at regular intervals to the PSC Tech Programme Lead
- Contribute into Tech Governance to provide visibility of progress and issue and risk escalation to ensure delivery
- Coordinate with Tech program lead for upward reporting to the wider separation management office (SMO) to report regular progress and facilitate timely issue and risk escalation and resolution
