AP Team Lead with Spanish

Key responsibilities may include:
- Consolidation and quality checks of month end reports (Cash Forecasts, analysis for Cash Forecast vs Spend, Supplier Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliations)
- Ensure month end reports submission is completed on schedule and signed-off
- Manage Internal and External escalation and establish necessary action plans
- Analyze existing processes within organization and identify systems and process improvements to increase consistency and efficiency
- Increase operational performance to meet and exceed all monthly KPIs
- Supervise 3-4 employees within the Accounts Payable department (performance evaluation, assistance with their personal and professional growth)
- Work closely with the AP Manager to set performance targets, team work plans, and mitigate identified risk areas
- Act a backup for AP Manager
Qualifications
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- People management experience - minimum 2 years
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Experience in Oracle ERP is a plus
