AP / AR Supervisor

On behalf of our Client, one of world's largest freight forwarding companies, we are currently looking for a person to hold AP/AR Supervisor role in SSC organisation in Wrocław.
Your new role:
The AP/AR Supervisor will build and manage 4-5 people Accounting Team, enhancing the accounting workflow by providing support to different account teams to deliver excellent financial services to company's customers. You will interface with external and internal (Poland and Europe) customers and client's transportation service providers. You will support the teams on reviewing financial procedures to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity and minimise costs.
What you'll need to succeed:
You need to have 5-7 years of previous Accounting experience (both Accounts Payable and Receivable processes) and excellent English (written and spoken). We look for candidates with previous TL / Coordinator experience, strong communication and presentation skills (client facing role). We also need you to have system experience (SAP, Oracle) and be willing to travel (approx. once in quarter).
