Android Software Engineer
Location: Szczecin
As a software engineer you will be given the opportunity to work and experience all areas of software development life cycle in innovative and challenging projects for our international customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Active involvement in design and development processes of the BLStream's products and technologies
- Participation in specification and planning of new product modules and features
- Following of high quality programming standards
- Keep a track of the industry developments/standards and take the initiative to incorporate these into the company technologies
Experience & Qualifications
- Good Java knowledge required; Objective-C, C# or C++ is a plus
- Hands on experience in application development for Android platform
- A relevant degree from a recognized university or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience
- Proficient in OOA, OOD and design patterns
- Good English, both written and spoken
Not required but advantageous skills
- Hands on experience in development for any other Mobile OS platform or technology - iPhone, Symbian, WebOS, MeeGo, Maemo, Windows Phone, BlackBerry OS, Series40 or related technologies (e.g. Qt)
- Scrum (or other Agile) development method experience
