This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of standard design, driving the mapping and attribute set up for Financial Objects (Cost Center, Profit Center, Account, Company Codes, Trading partners and HFM and SLT mapping etc.). Coordinating with business partners to work through defining attributes | setting up mapping to ensure that all data meets the standard Central Finance design.
This role will be responsible for supporting mapping | validation exercises, liaising with the appropriate business subject matter experts, and driving data standards for NA/LAG implementation.
- Promotes strengthening of system efficiencies by implementing standardized data in the new Central Finance Platform
- Works with business stakeholders to document and define standard business data needs in Central Finance
- Supports documentation of the existing and future state business process
- Supports all change management initiatives related to changes in Financial Objects required for end users to prepare for Central Finance go-live
- Ensures data standard quality through consistent data validation and monitoring procedures (testing in Central Finance “prototype environment”)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- BS degree in Business, Finance or Systems
- 3+ years of Finance, Accounting and/or Systems experience including financial objects master data experience - required
- Experience in process mapping
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills - including data mining, analysis, trending
- Good interpersonal skills
- Prepared to travel up to 25% of time
