The Analyst will be dedicated to work with the CWT Ground Solutions team, Americas. After an intensive training in CWT Ground Solutions Americas’ head quarters, based in Minneapolis, USA, the analyst will be supporting the team in delivering major Ground lines sourcing and negotiation projects, Ground program optimization and ad hoc engagements for global corporations which are a part of the CWT Solutions clients’ portfolio.
The analyst will work closely with the remote team of consultants based in the USA, as well as with the remainder group of analysts based in Warsaw. The analyst will report directly to the Director of Warsaw reporting center of excellence, with a dotted line to a CWT Ground Solutions Americas Manager based in the USA.

Collect and enter client contracts in appropriate models and create client specific reports

Run models, quality check results and accuracy

Identify problems, resolve level 1 issues

Perform data analysis and reports to support Consultants within the team

Explain and promote results to Consultants and Managers

Produce standard deliverables and create ad-hoc deliverables related to project fulfillment Interact in a global environment

Product maintenance and development

Manipulate data, run models in Excel and Access and other internal software (ID Studios)

Responsible for data loading and updating in-house programs

Other potential responsibilities
-
Analyze deliverables and key industry trends to develop recommendations for client savings and renegotiation opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis

Assist consultants in development of sales presentations utilizing analysis to develop value propositions for clients

Participate and contribute to quarterly industry update and CWT marketing communications

Present deliverables to select clients. This includes but is not limited to quarterly optimization, travel spend and pattern review and annual overviews.

CRM. Update opportunities and otherwise manage the ground CRM tasks.

Participate in CWT Ground Solutions team meetings and other transversal initiatives
