Opis stanowiska
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent law graduate, looking for initial exposure to the legal industry. Working in a fast paced environment alongside a team of experienced Legal Negotiators, the Analyst will support our teams by assisting with legal due diligence reviews and providing administrative support to the team throughout the life cycle of a negotiation. This will include reviewing executed documents and updating our contract database with negotiated terms.
Wymagania
In order to be shortlisted for this role, candidates must fulfill the following essential criteria:

Hold an Undergraduate Degree

Be eligible to work in Poland

Have fluency in English

Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suite

Have experience in reviewing complex legal documents in the English language

Have an excellent attention to detail skillset

Be a strong team player

Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal

The following criteria is desirable, but not required:

Previous exposure to Derivatives documentation and constitutional documentation.

Fluency in German, French, Italian or other European languages
