PwC Advisory Financial Crime Unit (FCU) team provides services related to the international financial sector legislation, primarily for Financial Institutions from Western Europe and the United States.
PwC Advisory Financial Crime Unit’s objective is to provide robust client due diligence checks related to various Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring and FATCA.
Currently we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of:
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing profiles prepared by Analysts,
- Using quality tools to ensure highest quality checks,
- Being up to date with Policy & Procedure changes
- Supporting and coaching Analysts, delivering trainings
- Proposing and initiating actions in order to improve the quality within the team
- Preparing input to trainings
- Identifying potential changes to policy
- Supporting Team Leader in day-to-day tasks and in prioritizing workload
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum two years of experience in AML and minimum one year of experience in Quality Assurance
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other European language (German,Scandinavian, French) would be an advantage
- Analytical thinking and ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues
- Minimum Bachelor studies, preferred economics, econometrics, mathematic, language studies
- Analytical thinking and ability to draw a conclusion
- Ability to drive the high quality in the team
- Ability to give constructive feedback
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships within the team and with the client
- Able to multitask and finalize assignments in timely manner with highest standards of quality
- Computer literate (Windows, MS Office)
