Opis stanowiska

1.       Expected to handle differentfunctions right from strategic planning, organizing to looking into minutedetails of the project

2.       He/She will also have to ascertainthe time for completion of the project and likewise allot duties, such that theproject is completed within the stipulated deadline.

3.       He/She is supposed to supervise theteam's daily work and ensure everybody is working efficiently.

4.       The project manager is also expectedto ensure the project is completed within the estimated budget.
5.       In case of a hurdle or crisis, theproject manager should be able to take lead and help resolve the issue, in theshortest time possible. If the problem is between the team members and theclients, he/she should be able to sort it amicably, such that the relationshipsare maintained and work is not affected.

6.       Since the project manager is thecaptain of a ship, he/she is responsible for motivating the team members, rightfrom the beginning to the end of a project

Wymagania

1.       Master civil engineering

2.       15 years of experience

3.       Own car

4.       Financial management skills

5.       Good communication (verbal andwritten) and interpersonal skills (polish and english/spanish)

6.       Excellent business management anddevelopmental skills

7.       Leadership qualities

8.       Efficient team management skills

9.       Ability to resolve conflictingsituations

10.   Computer or technical knowledge

11.   Effective problem solvingskills

12.   Important: should travel, should helpto the commercial department, should work by objectives (not timetable)

13.   Being able to sign projects in anykind of civil engineering branch is a plus: road, utilities, environmentaldesign, etc.

14.   We prefer someone chartered inrailways, but this is not a must.
