- Responsible for trainings - all forms including the assessment, calibration and facilitation of training to end users (including country specific materials, knowledge share and awareness across all core systems & station process etc.)
- Evaluate training needs and create a training agenda. Provide training accordingly and keep a training log.
- Create training modules, if needed, leveraging with other regions on existing material and best practices.
- Responsible for testing - all new releases, developments, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Provide clarification to end users, share good practices and communicate changes and new developments.
- Responsible for development of the test scripts and providing pro-active feedback to the IT organization.
- Upon implementation, follow-up respective implementation and evaluate and enforce compliance.
- Responsible for creation of local working instructions, support the creation of global working instructions, if required by global team.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the operational systems, assess changes proposed by the end users and create (or review) change request.
- Submit and discuss customer needs with the operational team members and other parties.
- Follow-up respective implementation and evaluate and enforce compliance.
- Enforce current levels of compliance to operations systems usage by providing specific coaching and defining actions to close existent gaps.
- Regular briefing on systems’ usage compliance to site managers and operational team members, align on enforcement actions and escalate issues if required
- Enforce current levels of compliance to station process (including inherent policies and procedures) by providing specific training and defining actions (together with the sites) to close existent gaps.
- Regular briefing on systems’ usage compliance to site managers and Operational team members.
- Establish efficient two ways communication between the Operational team members and the end users – sharing the processes, news, training, with the users and highlighting the issues, risks, suggestions for improvement, from the end users.
- University degree (Logistics and Business Administration, or related) or minimum 5 years in forwarding industry
- Very good knowledge of Air operations, processes, and related tools
- Full understanding of other Operational Systems, e.g., Navigator, One View, OneScan, EDI processing, Cargowise etc.
- Proven coaching capabilities at desk level
- Good training skills
- Good knowledge of local laws and regulations, related to Air operations
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, additional knowledge of other languages is beneficial
