To enable our growth, we are creating a new IT hub in Gdansk, Poland. That is why we are looking for you to join about 40 other IT specialists, including SAP consultants, project managers, agile coaches and developers, to deliver great results within e.g. SAP, web and mobile.

You make people work and think agile

As an agile test manager, you’ll be part of a high performing team working with agile transformation and related organizational change activities. Your main tasks are:

• Set direction for the agile test strategy in cooperation with other test managers in Viby and Gdansk.
• Be an advocate for and coach agile testing for team members.
• Drive improvement activities related to the agile testing strategy and process.

Agile test manager with passion and great communication skills

You are passionate about agile test and understands how to make people think agile test. You have probably been working in a similar job for a while and thrives on the prospect of joining an international organisation working with agile at large scale.

• You have good knowledge and experience within testing and agile testing,
• You have a passion for change and for making others change by inspiring them
• You have a relevant university degree, plus some years of experience
