- Administration of our Atlassian toolset and DevOps related Integration Tools (Electric Flow and Jenkins).
- Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve
- JIRA/Confluence setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests.
- Familiarity with JIRA Portfolio and other advanced plugins (Scriptrunner, etc.)
- Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports.
- Provide User Management also work with IT to maintain best practices.
- Create and manage security schemes, custom fields and workflow configurations.
- Interact with existing vendors for support and troubleshooting.
- Interface with development groups within organization as the engineering iaison for Development Cycles/Software and tooling issues.
- 3-5 years of experience developing solutions in JIRA/Confluence for teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA REST APIs for integration with other tools.
- Experience in the use, administration of software development tools with a highly demanding engineering user base of 600+ in different locations worldwide.
- Prior experience installing, maintaining and supporting add-ons for JIRA Cloud or On-Prem environments.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with contacts at all levels. Skilled in developing collaborative relationships.
- Ability to appropriately implement policies and procedures.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed including occasional weekends and evenings.
- Ability to troubleshoot highly technical issues.
- Ability to speak to common JIRA server configurations.
- Atlassian System Administrator Certification.
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of Agile and continuous integration practices strongly preferred.
