Currently we are looking for experienced Agile Consultant to join our team! If you have management experience, wide knowledge of Agile and know how to implement your knowledge into big organization in process of digital transformation - we are looking exactly for you. This is your opportunity to help us create pure agile environment from scratch and to gain priceless international experience while working in Sydney (1 year in Australia, then back to work in Poland).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support digital transformation of company in area of Agile implementation
- Implement and assure consistency of Agile values, principles and best practices during software development process
- Identify risks and raise them proactively, identify process issues and improve them
- Support in preparing transformation planning
- Team’s coaching
- Cooperation with Project Managers and Heads of Units
- Proficiency in Agile – we are looking for passionate enthusiasts of Agile who know how to share and implement their knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position
- Good knowledge of English and very good communication skills
- Strong initiative and quality oriented mind-set with mentoring/leadership skills
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
- Problem solving, result orientation and openness to new technologies
- Willingness to relocate to Australia for 1 year
