Volvo Group IT in Wroclaw is looking for candidates for the position:
Assignment description:
As an Agile Coach you will be responsible for championing Agile across IT departments. You will also help teams adopt Agile values, principles and best practices as part of the Development and Runtime Support department. You will work across multiple teams to ensure consistency of approaches while encouraging teams locally to optimize and continually improve through the use of retrospectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing training materials for Kanban and Scrum, both with our Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Deliver trainings as ILT and remotely
- Coaching teams with Agile ways of working
- Handling support request connected to the development practices and used tools.
Required Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster or equivalent leadership role in an agile team
- 2+ years of large scale Agile experience
- Experience with various software development methodologies and processes appreciated
- Experience with technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
- Experience with an Agile Management tool
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail are a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Agile Coach or practitioner
- CSM, CSPO or other Agile certifications
- Experience working as part of a 100% distributed team
- Experience as a trainer
- Writing and presentation skills a plus
- Experience in quality analysis and/or requirements management
- Experience implementing and managing non-Scrum frameworks such as Kanban and XP
- Experience in SAFe
- Experience in working with JIRA and/or TFS
- Hands on experience in at least 2 different Scrum projects; We need someone who has seen enough of all aspects of Scrum implementations to have a proven success record as well as strong opinion about how to shape ours
