Main Responsibilities and Tasks
- Making bank transfers and purchases for the office
- Describing invoices according to the cost centers
- Providing invoices and financial documents to accounting office
- Assistance with planning the yearly budget
- Correspondence with accountant
- Issuing invoices to headquoters and others
- Documents and invoices processing, archiving
- Work with Talentia system
- HR and office tasks
- Other tasks necessary for administration
Critical Skills and Personal Attributes

Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree of administration / economics / technical / or relevant
- International organization environment will be nice but not necessary
