Position Summary
In this position you will be responsible for daily operations and customer service support in operations team supporting organization in billing, reporting, time & expense process. With this role you will start your professional career with option to develop and move further. It is all up to you! Anyway you will be requested to handle different operational tasks, interaction with Swiss team or participate in project tasks. This roles would require analytical skills, but we can help you to develop all necessary competencies.
Main Responsibilities and tasks
internal service support to other internal departement of Tornos, especially accounting services, reporting, time & expense
support in service billing business control
run additional administrative task and new activities which are part of scope increase of transition
support project management
take ownership for business processes and demonstrate proactive improvement attitude – solution approach
support process transition and organization transformation

Education and Experience
Bachelor degree of administration / economics / technical / or relevant
