Our Client in a SSC located in Wrocław.
Your new role
You will work with other Learning & Development team members to develop efficient and compliant processes that support employee record migration including data entry, form/record processing, and retention, inputting information onto the Learning Management System: management of user data migration, course upload, user management, portal and/or reporting customizations, and related processes, upload and maintain both in-house and third party e-learning content. You will be initiating quality checks as well as corrections and improvements to the catalog, perform regular LMS quality assurance checks to ensure proper system functionality, courseware deployment, testing/certifications, reporting and data migration, tracking system bugs, application issues and testing of LMS upgrades and relevant improvements. What is more you will be researching and resolve LMS functionality issues as they arise and updating existing and develop new learning management system training and support materials to local admins and end-user.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with BA or MA degree, or relevant working experience and very good knowledge of written and spoken English. Ideal Candidate should have excellent skills in MS Office products, aptitude for familiarizing quickly with new learning technology tools and systems and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
As additional asset is bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent and 1-2 years of prior administrative experience.
