Active Directory Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a contact person for Active Directory and Identity Management systems (ADFS/Azure AD)
- Continuously suggesting improvements to security and stability of the infrastructure
- Being efficient with using Powershell for automatic tasks, like testing and verification or reporting
- Designing cost efficient solutions with mitigated risk
- Creating change/implementation documentation that are well prepared (Change Management)
- Cooperating with Support Team while deploying new changes and verifying them after implementation
- Communicating with stakeholders and be able to explain difficult technical topics
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Active Directory administration
- PowerShell/VB/LDAP or other scripting languages experience for automatic tasks
- Knowledge of GPO best practices and concepts
- Knowledge of DNS/DHCP
- Knowledge of Kerberos/NTLM authentication protocols
- Experience with Quest RMAD or other backup solutions like native Windows Server Backup
- Fluent verbal and written English are a must
Nice to have:
- Work experience in other big financial company
- Experience in Support Team (Level 2/3) supporting Windows operating systems (2008/2012/2016/2019)
- Experience with Azure AD or Azure Active Directory Domain Services
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP)
- Certificates like ITIL Foundation, MCSA, MCSE would be an asset
- Deep troubleshooting skills
