As a Team Leader you will be managing and coordinating OtC team in day to day operations (max 15 professionals), ensuring efficiency and high quality of OtC processes, monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures. Coaching, mentoring and developing team members as well as coordinating all HR aspects will be among your tasks.
You are an ideal candidate if you have: excellent communication skills in English and preferably other European language, min 2 years of experience on similar position, excellent F&A process understanding, knowledge of SAP environment. Crucial requirements are also your leadership skills, drive for results, stress resistance, eagerness to work with different nationalities.
