We are looking for employees who would like to join our team in Shared Service Center in Wroclaw and participate in this unique experience.
We are looking for:
- Daily contact with customers, including chasing customers for payment and keeping the customer accounts in your portfolio accurate, clean and up-to -date
- Assisting with cash allocation
- Initiating the bill of exchange and direct debit payments
- Performing of month-end closing activities
- Performing reconciliations related to the job (e.g. customer accounts, aged items etc.)
- Applying SOX methodology
- Following up on customer master data
- Relevant business experience or accounting degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a multinational finance environment
- Professional experience in a customer-facing position
- Good knowledge of English language knowledge mandatory
- Fluent command of one of the European languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Dutch,
- German) is a must
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Action-oriented and problem-solving approach
- Strong communication skills
